| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na pasty určené pro sintrování. Tato práce se bude zabývat problematikou montáže polovodičových čipů na vodivé vrstvy keramických substrátů. Dále bude rozebrán trh vodivých sintrovacích past a popsány jejich vlastnosti a ceny. Jako poslední věc je cenová kalkulace využití jedné z metod montáže polovodičových čipů a použité pasty a porovnání s ostatními pastami a metodami. | cs |
