dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ovlivněním spasticity horní končetiny pomocí vzpěru do kořenů dlaní. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, jejíž kapitoly se věnují vzniku, problematice spasticity, možnostmi její léčby a metodě ACT. Dále je práce členěna na část praktickou, která vyhodnocuje efekt prvků akrální koaktivační terapie na spasticitu. Výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno kvalitativní formou se účastnili 4 probandi s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a 3 probandi po cévní mozkové příhodě. Podle zjištěných výsledků bylo dosaženo poklesu spasticity u všech probandů a tudíž lze metodu doporučit jako účinnou terapii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with affecting spasticity of the upper limb with the help of braces to the roots of the palms. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, whose chapters are devoted to the origin, the problem of spasticity and the possibilities of its treatment, and the ACT method. It also includes a practical part which evaluates the effect of acral coactivation therapy elements on spasticity of the upper limb. Four probands with cerebral palsy and three proband after cerebrovascular accident participated in the research, which was carried out in a qualitative form. According to the results, a decrease in spasticity was achieved with all the probands and therefore the ACT method can be recommended as an effective way of therapy.en
