dc.description.abstract-translatedAmerican Sign Language (ASL) is the primary language used by the North American Deaf Community. We present our method for producing natural animations of fingerspelling, a functionally important subset of ASL. User testing demonstrates that our animations are readily identified by members of the deaf community.en
