| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části bakalářské práci popisuji historii mužů v ošetřovatelství, všeobecné ošetřovatele v Severní Americe, klady a zápory v povolání všeobecného ošetřovatele a psychologické rozdíly mezi všeobecným ošetřovatelem a všeobecnou sestrou. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem si zvolil kvantitativní výzkum. Ten jsem zaměřil na vzájemnou spokojenost všeobecných sester s všeobecným ošetřovatelem. Výzkumný vzorek byl určen pro všeobecné sestry/ošetřovatele pracující na všech typech ošetřovatelských jednotek a oddělení. Vyplněné dotazníky jsem pak vyhodnotil a výsledky zaznamenal do grafů a tabulek. | cs |

For the practical part of the thesis I chose quantitative research. That I focused on the mutual satisfaction women general nurses with man general nurse. Research sample was designed for women/men general nurses working on all types of nursing units and departments.
