dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zhodnotit stav pacientů po ruptuře Achillovy šlachy a stanovit ideální rehabilitační plán, který jim bude nejvíce prospěšný. Práce je složena z teoretické části, ve které jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky této problematiky, jako anatomie a kineziologie, etiologie ruptury a její terapie, a v neposlední řadě také souhrn nejčastěji využívaných léčebně-rehabilitačních metod. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři kazuistiky, které dále dělíme na dva soubory, každý s jinou problematikou a podle toho i jinak probíhající rehabilitací s jiným rehabilitačním plánem. Praktická část také obsahuje kapitolu metody testování pacientů, ve které jsou shrnuta veškerá vyšetření, která byla v práci provedena. Závěrem práce je diskuze, kde byly diskutovány tři hypotézy. dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to assess the condition of patients after rupture of the Achilles tendon and determine ideal rehabilitation process which should be most beneficial. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which summarize theoretical know-how of the current issues, such as anatomy and kinesiology, the etiology of rupture, and last but not least, a summary of the most commonly used therapeutic-rehabilitative methods. The practical part contains four case-studies which are divided into two sets, each with different issues and accordingly different rehabilitation with other plan. Practical part also contains chapter "methods of patients testing", which includes summary of the all tests that were performed. Finally, the thesis includes a discussion about three hypothesis. The work is accompanied by photodocumentation.en
