dc.description.abstract-translatedThe conditions of remote work are not the same for all employees. Employees whose employment relationship was established by appointment have a specific regime. However, neither the Labour Code nor any other legal regulation stipulates different conditions for remote work for different groups of employees. This post discusses the possible boundaries of remote work. It lists groups of employees, job positions where full respect for the legal regulation of remote work under the Labour Code cannot be reasonably expected. For a certain group of workers, it excludes the application of the provisions of the Labour Code on remote work and characterizes remote work as a feature of the profession.
