dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stresových faktorů všeobecných sester pracujících v chirurgických oborech. Teoretická část práce je členěna celkem na čtyři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole se věnujeme samotnému stresu a zejména stresu v profesi sestry. Další tři kapitoly jsou věnovány příznakům stresu (fyziologické, psychické, behaviorální), stresovými faktorům a způsobům zvládání stresu. V praktické části práce jsme se pokoušeli zjistit nejčastější stresové faktory sester v chirurgických oborech. Byl použit anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník, který byl určen pouze všeobecným sestrám v chirurgických oborech, ve věku od 21 a více let. V diskusi práce jsou uvedeny získané poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of stress factors of nurses working in surgical fields. Theoretical part is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter deals with stress itself and in particular with stress in the nursing profession. The next three chapters are devoted to stress symptoms (physiological, psychological, behavioural), stressors and ways of coping with stress.In the researching part of our thesis we were triying to find out and describe the most common stress factors of nurses in surgical fields. An anonymous non-standardized questionnaire was used, which was addressed only to surgical nurses, aged 21 years and older. At the end of thesis we discuss the results.en
