dc.description.abstractCílem práce je analyzovat úpravu dané problematiky na úrovni evropské i národní, dále pak objasnit způsob funkce obou úprav v rámci jednotného právního systému se zaměřením na konkrétní prováděcí zákony, zprávy Rady vlády pro národnostní menšiny a zprávy Evropské komise. Záměrem je rovněž analýza výkladu a aplikace, prováděné Ústavním soudem ČR a Soudním dvorem Evropské unie v předmětné oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objectives of my dissertation is to analyse the issues on the national and european level, to clarify the mechanism of functioning of both systems of legislation like the one whole, especially the concrete aplication on the level of laws and reports of The National Council of Minorities and of The European Commission. The intention is also to analyse the interpretation and the aplication of The Constitutional Court and of The Court of Justice of the European Union.en
