dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospitalizace mentálně postižených nemocných. Je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce se věnuji problematice mentálního postižení, psychologii, vzdělávání a komunikaci s mentálně postiženým nemocným. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části je popsána problematika hospitalizace mentálně retardovaného nemocného z pohledu všeobecné sestry. V této části je čerpáno zejména z potřeb nemocných a teorie ošetřovatelského procesu. Praktická část mé bakalářské práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumném šetření formou rozhovorů. Rozhovory jsou zaměřené na hospitalizaci mentálně postiženého nemocného, komunikaci a používání ošetřovatelského procesu v praxi. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány písemnou formou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with the hospitalization of mentally retarded patients. The thesis is devided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I focus on the issues of mental handicaps, psychology, education and communication with mentally retarded patients. The second half of the theoretical part contains the description of problems connected to the hospitalization of a mentally retarded patient from the point of view of a general nurse. The main sources for this part are especially the needs of patients a the theory of the nursing process. The practical part of my Bachelor thesis is based on a qualitative research in the form of interviews. The interviews are targeted at the hospitalization of mentally retarded patients, communication and application of the nursing process in practice. The results of the research are elaborated in the written form.en
