dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se zaměřuje na období vzniku a období největšího rozmachu Mongolské říše, a to především z hlediska vývoje státoprávního uspořádání a právního systému. Rigorózní práce má čtenáři umožnit vhled do problematiky správy historicky největší pevninské říše prostřednictvím jednotlivých fragmentů zákoníku Velká Yasa, ale i uvedených příkladů aplikace mongolského obyčejového práva. Autor rigorózní práce se věnuje i aspektům správy dobytých území, především území Číny, včetně vlivu mongolského práva na místní právní systém.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Rigorosum Thesis presented deals with the aspects of the rise of the Mongol Empire and the time of its greatest expansion, especially in the terms of the political system and the legal system. It is intended to give the reader the insight into the administration of the largest contiguous land empire in history through individual fragments of the legal code the Great Yasa, as well as the examples of the application of Mongol customary law. The author of the Rigorosum Thesis also deals with aspects of the administration of the conquered territories, especially the territory of China, including the influence of Mongolian law on the local legal system.en
