| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku mapování hodnotového toku v elektrotechnickém podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou štíhlé výroby. V druhé části je uvedena definice, management a budoucnost hodnotového toku. Třetí část definuje postup při mapování hodnotového toku v podniku. Čtvrtá část prezentuje příklad mapování hodnotového toku v elektrotechnickém podniku zaměřené na poptávkové a zakázkové řízení. | cs |
