dc.description.abstractCílem práce je optimalizace dokumentace oblasti řízení neshodných produktů ve společnosti ASTRO KOVO Plzeň s.r.o. Diplomová práce obsahuje úvod do zásad systémů řízení kvality a norem ISO řady 9000. Následně se zaměřuje na problematiku neshodných produktů a nalezení možností snížení množství dokumentace neshodných produktů ve společnosti. Dále popisuje návrh řešení neshodných produktů pomocí 8D Reportu a sjednocení veškerých formulářů z této oblasti do jednoho dokumentu Microsoft Excel. Následně se zabývá jeho automatizací pomocí maker a jazyka VBA. Díky tomu bylo možné snížit množství dokumentace a časovou náročnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the work is to optimize the nonconforming products documentation management at ASTRO KOVO Plzeň s.r.o. company. The thesis contains an introduction to the principles of quality management systems and ISO 9000 series standards. Then is the thesis focused on the issue of nonconforming products and to seek opportunities to reduce the amount of documentation of nonconforming products at the company. It also describes the solution of nonconforming products using the 8D Report and describes unification of the documentation into a single Microsoft Excel document. Subsequently it deals with the automate using macros and VBA. Thanks to this solution work with dates of nonconforming products is less time-consuming and more effective.en
