dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá volbou povolání a genderovými stereotypy. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem pohlaví, gender, genderové stereotypy, genderové stereotypy na trhu práce a ve vzdělávacím systému. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli se genderové stereotypy promítají do volby středních škol. Výsledků této bakalářské práce bylo dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo určené žákům a žákyním středních škol. Výsledky ukazují nejen, že genderové stereotypy mají vliv na volbu střední školy a s tím spojené volby budoucího povolání ale že žáci rozlišují pohlaví na pohlaví typicky mužská a ženská a že pohlaví má vliv na to, jak se respondenti ke genderovým stereotypům staví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with career choice and gender stereotypes. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of sex, gender, gender stereotypes, gender stereotypes in the labor market and in the education system are defined. The aim of the work is to find out if gender stereotypes are reflected in the choice of secondary schools. The results of this bachelor thesis were achieved using a questionnaire survey which was intended for high school students. The results show not only that gender stereotypes have an influence on the choice of a secondary school and, with it, the choice of a future profession that they distinguish between genders, typically male and female, and that gender has an influence on how the respondents feel about gender stereotypes.en
