dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku racionalizace montážní linky. Mezi hlavní témata práce patří časové a prostorové analýzy a jejich vyhodnocení. Cílem je navržení takových úprav na jednotlivých pracovištích, které povedou k vyšší efektivitě a tím i vyšší produktivitě montážní linky. Práce se zabývá i ergonomií jednotlivých pracovišť, kdy je cílem ověřit správnost pracovních poloh pomocí počítačového softwaru a návrh případného zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma sheet deals with the rationalization of the assembly line while respecting the principles of lean manufacturing. The main themes of this project are time analysis and space analysis and their evaluation. The main goal is to suggest adjustments at individual workplaces, which leads to better efficiency and therefore higher productivity of the assembly line. Secondary goal is to verify rightness of the working position from an ergonomic point of view and to suggest adjustments if necessary.en
