dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji myšlení o byrokracii v politické sociologie od Maxe Webera. Soustředí se tak na specifika konceptualizace Maxe Webera a dalších autorů, jako i na diskuse, které se odehrávaly v průběhu 20. století v souvislosti s realizovanými výzkumy byrokratických struktur. Struktura práce sleduje základní vývoj byrokracie, které symbolizuje dílo čtyřech vybraných autorů Maxe Webera, Roberta K. Mertona, Michela Croziera a Richarda Sennetta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is dedicated to the development of thinking about bureaucracy in political sociology from Max Weber. The focus is thus on the specifics of conceptualization Max Weber and other authors, as well as the discussions that took place during the 20th century in connection with realized researches bureaucratic structures. The structure of the work follows the basic development of the bureaucracy that epitomizes the work of four selected authors - Max Weber, Robert K. Merton, Michel Crozier and Richard Sennett.en
