| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám podstatou teambuildingu a typy teambuildingových programů. Představuji koncept učení prožitkem a zaměřuji se na specifika outdoorového prostředí. Dále zmíním charakteristické vývojové rysy období mladšího a staršího školního věku. Praktická část zahrnuje popis přípravy teambuildingového programu, jeho realizaci a následnou reflexi vycházející z odpovědí v dotazníku a anketě od třídní vyučující a účastníků programu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis I deal with the essence of teambuilding and types of teambuilding programs. I introduce the concept of experiential learning and focus on the specifics of the outdoor environment. Furthermore, I describe the developmental characteristics of younger and older school-age children. The practical part includes a description of the preparation of the teambuilding program, its implementation and subsequent reflection based on the answers in the questionnaire and survey from the classroom teacher and program participants.<br> | en |
