dc.description.abstractHrazení nutričních potřeb pacientů je jedním z pilířů léčby kriticky nemocných a ošetřovatelská péče je její neodmyslitelnou součástí. Stěžejním posláním všeobecných sester je saturování potřeb nemocných, to má však v prostředí intenzivní péče svá specifika. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o typech nutriční podpory kriticky nemocných. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, které bylo realizováno formou rozhovorů s pacienty. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehledný soubor informací o managementu nutriční podpory a zmapovat subjektivní vnímání nemocných, které souvisí s naplňováním potřeby výživy. Rozhovory jsou směrovány do oblastí ošetřovatelské péče a zabývají se rolí všeobecné sestry a blízkých.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe reimbursement of nutritial needs of patients is one of the pillars of critically ill people and nursing is its inseparable part. The main function of practical nurses is satisfying needs of the ill which also has its particularities in the environment of intensive care. The theoretical part contains information about the types of nutritious support of the critically ill. The practical part consists of a qualitative research which was carried out in the form of interviews with patients. The target of this work was to create a transparent complex of information about the management of nutritious support and also to map the subjective perception of the ill which is related to the satisfying of nutrition needs. The interviews head for the field of nursing and concern with the roles of practical nurses and close relatives.en
