| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce s názvem "Controlling zásob v podniku" se zabývá problematikou controllingu zásob. První část práce vysvětluje teoretické pojmy týkající se controllingu a řízení zásob. Jsou definovány funkce controllingu, jeho vývoj, základní členění a cíle. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na definici zásob a způsob jejich oceňování, účtování, členění a řízení. V úvodu praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a její výrobní sortiment. Následuje analýza controllingových aktivit v oblasti řízení zásob ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě této analýzy je pak v závěru zhodnocen současný stav a jsou navržena možná vylepšení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis named "Controlling of the stock in a company" deals with the problematics of the concept of controlling inventory. The first part explains theoretical terms relating to the controlling and management inventory. The controlling functions, their development, basic breakdown and objectives are defined and described. The second chapter is focused on inventory management, definition of stock and valuation and accounting method. In the beginning of the practical part of the thesis the company and production portfolio are introduced. After that, individual controlling activities are analyzed. Based on this analysis the conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the implementing controlling activities, including the establishment of the suggestions for possible improvements. | en |
