dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na financování zdravotnictví z pohledu pacienta. V první části jsou obecné pojmy vystihující danou problematiku, druhá část představuje historický exkurz systémy financování. V další jsou uvedeny zdroje financování - státní rozpočet, rozpočty vyšších a nižších územních samosprávných celků, veřejné zdravotní pojištění, soukromé zdravotní pojištění a regulační poplatky (nejen v České republice, ale také v sousedních státech). S tím také souvisí práva a povinnosti pacienta, které jsou součástí práce. Na závěr je využito dotazníkového šetření pro zjištění finančního ohodnocení zdravotnického personálu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedFinancing of the health service is, from the patient´s point of view, a complex system regarding fundraising. The patient finances the health service, and thus health care, through taxes returned to the state budget. The next is the healthcare insurance and the regulatory fees. The system of the public health insurance went through historical development. The systems differ according to citizens contributing to the health care funding. The first, so called Bismarck model. Next model is the state health care consisting of two branches, Beveridge´s and Semašek´s models. There could be no health care funding without legislative. Fundamental legal document is surely the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The entire matter would not be applicable without particular terminology. The basic term is the definition of health care and health policy of the state. Other terms include health, or illness and mainly the definition of term patient.en
