dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o dvou nejvýznamnějších Platonových politických dílech, Ústavě a Zákonech. Celou prací se prolíná idea spravedlnosti a hledání odpovědi na otázku; co je to spravedlnost? Práce je zaměřena především na obec, jako společenství lidí a také na člověka jako občana. Obec může mít různé formy zřízení, o kterých je v práci blíže pojednáno. Těmito zřízeními jsou aristokracie, jako vláda nejlepších, timokracie, jako vláda ctižádostivých, oligarchie jako vláda bohatých, demokracie jako vláda většiny a tyranida jako vláda jednoho tyrana.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the two major Plato's political pieces of work, i.e. the Constitution and the Laws. Throughout the whole work there is the idea of justice and the search for the answer to the very question; what is justice. The work focuses primarily on municipality as a community of people and also on a human as a citizen. The municipality may have different forms of establishments, which are further discussed in detail. These establishments are aristocracy, the government of the best, timocracy as the government of the ambitious, oligarchy as the government of the rich, democracy as the rule of the majority and tyrannide as the government of one tyrant.en
