dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání postojů pracovníků dětských domovů do 3 let věku k transformaci ústavní péče. Cílem je zjistit, jak pracovníci tuto změnu vnímají, jaké pozitivní a negativní aspekty transformace vidí a co v ní prožívají. Dále se práce soustředí na to, co pracovníci v rámci transformace dělají, jaké změny pociťují a jaké dopady tyto změny mají na jejich práci.<br>Hlavní výzkumná otázka: Jaké jsou postoje pracovníků dětských domovů do 3 let věku k transformaci ústavní péče o děti?<br>Empirickou částí práce bude kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky dětských domovů do 3 let.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on exploring the attitudes of workers in children's homes for children under 3 years of age towards the transformation of institutional care. The aim is to investigate how workers perceive this change, what positive and negative aspects of the transformation they identify, and what they experience in the process. Furthermore, the thesis examines what actions workers are taking in the context of the transformation, what changes they perceive, and what impact these changes have on their work.<br>Main research question: What are the attitudes of workers in children's homes for children under 3 years of age towards the transformation of institutional care for children?<br>The empirical part of the thesis will consist of qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with workers in children's homes for children under 3 years of age.en
