dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančního auditu. Teoretická část práce vymezuje podstatu a význam finančního auditu a charakterizuje související právní předpisy, které upravují výkon auditorské profese v ČR. Dále specifikuje podmínky, které ukládají povinnost ověření účetní závěrky nezávislým auditorem a následně popisuje proces finančního auditu malých a středních podniků včetně vymezení auditorských postupů. V praktické části práce je analyzován vybraný podnikatelský subjekt a dále také přípravné práce a auditorské postupy z pohledu managementu. Součástí praktické části práce je i dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat přínosy finančního auditu pro malé a střední podniky ČR. Závěr práce shrnuje problematiku finančního auditu a získané poznatky nabyté vypracováním praktické části práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on the financial audit. The theoretical part defines the nature and importance of the financial audit and describes the related legislation governing the audit profession in the Czech Republic. Further it specifies the conditions which impose the audit of the financial statements by an independent auditor and describes the process of the financial audit of small and medium-sized enterprises, including definition of audit procedures. The practical part analyzes the selected business entity and also preparatory work and audit procedures from the perspective of management. The practical part also contains the survey which aims to analyze the benefits of financial audit for small and medium-sized enterprises in Czech Republic. The conclusion summarizes findings resulting from the survey and the practical part of presented work.en
