dc.description.abstractCílem práce je studium a porovnání vybraných povrchových úprav na vybraných substrátech. Výsledek povrchové úpravy je dán na základě výsledků z analytických metod, a proto je cílem práce vyhodnocení vlastností a chování systémů tenká vrstva substrát. Cílem analytických metod je vyhodnocení adhezivně kohezivního chování systémů tenká vrstva substrát vrypovou a statickou indentací indentory různých geometrií, tvrdostních charakteristik, změn v elastické a plastické deformaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this work is to study and compare selected surface finishes on selected substrates. The results of this surface treatment is given on the base of results from analytic methods, therefore the second goal is the evaluation of the properties and behaviour of the selected system's thin film substrate. The goal of the analytic methods is to evaluate the adhesive cohesive behaviour of system's thin film substrate by scratch and static indentation along with using indentors of different geometry, hardness characteristic, the change of the elastic and plastic deformation and the thickness of thin films.en
