| dc.description.abstract | Prezentace vysvětluje některé důležité změny, jež přinesl zákon číslo 89/2012 Sbírky, občanský zákoník, do českého právního řádu a které mohou mít vliv na podnikání společností z oblasti těžkého průmyslu jako je strojírenství. Dále vysvětluje znovuzavedení principu superficies solo cedit a jeho dopadu, včetně právní úpravy strojů spojených se zemí. Rovněž se zabývá časovou působností tohoto pravidla. Nakonec prezentace zkoumá novou úpravu odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou zvlášť nebezpečným provozem a diskutuje změny v úpravě civilní odpovědnosti a ve smluvním právu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presentation explains some of the important changes which were incorporated by the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., civil code, into the Czech legal system and which might influence business of companies working in the field of heavy indus-try such as machinery. It explains the reintroduced principle of superficies solo cedit and its implication, including provisions of the code which relate to the machines connected to the ground. It also explains how the principle is codified with regard to the transitional provisions of the code. The presentation also examines the new liability for damage caused by particulary dangerous operation and discusses ganges in civil liability and contract law. | en |
