dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce analyzuje strategie pro přežití Taiwanu v mezinárodním společenství po jeho vyloučení ze struktur OSN následkem rezoluce č. 2758. Práce analyzuje následující strategie: strategii diplomatických přátel, strategii rozvojové pomoci, strategii členství v mezinárodních vládních organizacích, strategii podpory NGOs, strategii podpory demokracie a lidských práv, strategii soft power a veřejné diplomacie. Práce v závěru hodnotí proměnu jednotlivých strategií od roku 1971 do současnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work focuses on the analysis of Taiwan strategies to survive in the international environment. At the beginning of 1970s, on the grounds of the UN Security Council Resolution 2758, Taiwan lost its status of permanent member of the United Nations Security Council in favour of the Republic of China. The work analyses these strategies: diplomatic friendship strategy, help development strategy, strategy of membership in international government organizations, NGOs support strategy and their expansion abroad, strategy of democracy and human rights support, soft power and public diplomacy strategy. The main goal of this work is to outline the course of changes of particular Taiwan foreign policy strategies from 1971 up to the present.en
