V teoretické části jsou popsány některé metody průmyslového inženýrství včetně metody SMED, která je aplikována v praktické části. V poslední části je provedeno technické zhodnocení aplikace použité metody.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of changeovers of the production line in a selected company and their subsequent optimization. The theoretical part describes selected methods of industrial engineering, including the SMED method, which is applied in the practical part. In the last part, a technical evaluation of the application of the used method is elaborated.en
