dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Elektrárna Tisová, a.s. vzhledem k respektování rizika vyplývajícího z mikro i makro okolí podniku. V úvodu práce je představena společnost jako taková a skupina Sokolovská uhelná, a.s. jejíž je elektrárna součástí. Následuje analýza externího prostředí, ve kterém se společnost pohybuje a interního prostředí společnosti, včetně finanční analýzy. Průnikem těchto dvou skupin je pak SWOT analýza a identifikace rizik. Stanovená rizika jsou pak zohledněna v analýze citlivosti a stanoveny scénáře vývoje prostředí vzhledem ke strategickým variantám. Závěrem práce je pak ošetření identifikovaných rizikových faktorů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of the thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of Elektrárna Tisová, a.s. with respect to the risks arising from the micro and macro environment of the company. The thesis opens with an introduction of the company itself and its part in the holding group Sokolovská uhelná, a.s. It is followed by an analysis of the external environment in which the company operates as well as its internal environment, including a financial analysis. The preceding two analyses are used as input of a comprehensive SWOT analysis and risk identification. The identified risks are then subjected to a sensitivity analysis and used to identify scenarios of economic environment development considering the company's strategic options. The work concludes with management of the identified risk factors.en
