dc.description.abstractTato práce je studií dějin notářství na Plzeňsku v období od roku 1848 do roku 1948, která zkoumá různé aspekty této profesionální sféry s důrazem na významné osobnosti a jejich dopad na regionální notářskou komunitu a společnost jako celek. Práce širším pohledem uvede čtenáře do historie notářství v Českých zemích a následně ho zaměří na specifický kontext Plzeňska s důrazem na správní uspořádání, notářskou samosprávu a vybrané notáře. Cílem práce je přispět k rozšíření porozumění regionální historie notářství.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is a study of the history of notaries in Pilsen in the period from 1848 to 1948, which examines various aspects of this professional sphere with an emphasis on prominent personalities and their impact on the regional notary community and society as a whole. The work takes a broader view to introduce the reader to the history of notaries in the Czech Lands and then focuses them on the specific context of Pilsen with an emphasis on administrative organization, notary self-government and selected notaries. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the broadening of the understanding of the regional history of notaries.en
