dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá sexuálně přenosnými chorobami a zaměřuje se na těhotenství se suální chorobou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu těchto onemocnění v těhotenství i mimo gravitidu. Zde jsou popsány rizika pro matku a pro plod při onemocnění STD. V kapitile prevence se zabývám edukací reprodukčního zdraví. Praktická část práce se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem. V prvním rozhovoru se snažím popsat průběh těhotenství, porodu a šetinedělí u nakažené HIV. V druhém rozhovoru je popsána motivace otěhotnět s HIV nákazou. Rozhovor je tvořený polostandardizovanými otázkami. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak ovlivní závažné onemocnění HIV infekcí prožívání mateřství a rozhodnutí mít dítě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with sexual transmitted diseases and focuses on pregnancy with a sexual transmitted diease. The theoretical part focuses on symptoms, diagnostics and treatment of these diseases both in pregnancy and outside of pregnancy. The theoretical patr also describes what risks sexually transmitted dieases to the mother and the fetus. The chapter on prevention includes education of reproductive health. The practical part od this thesis is focused on qualitative research and includes two interviews consisting of half-standardized questions. In the first interview, I will try to descibe the courser of pregnancy, the childbirth and the puerperium of an HIV-positive woman. I will the second interview, I will attempt to describe pregnancy intentions of HIV- positive women. The main aim of this thesis is to find out what impacts the HIV infection has on experiencing motherhood and the decision to have a baby.en
