dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na respirační handling a jeho vliv na životní funkce nedonošených dětí. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na dechovou frekvenci, tepovou frekvenci a SpO2. Členěna je do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika předčasného porodu a nedonošených dětí. Dále také možnosti vyšetření a fyzioterapie u malých dětí a respirační handling. V praktické části jsou zpracovány čtyři kazuistiky nedonošených dětí se syndromem dechové tísně. Výsledky práce jsou přehledně zpracovány formou tabulek a grafů v praktické části. Vliv respiračního handlingu se potvrdil u dechové frekvence a SpO2.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on respiratory handling and its influence on the life functions of preterm babies. Specifically, it focuses on breathing rate, heart rate and SpO2. It is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part presents the issue of premature delivery and premature babies as well as the possibilities of examination and physiotherapy of small children and respiratory handling. In the practical part, four case studies of preterm children with respiratory distress syndrome are elaborated. The results of the work are clearly elaborated in the form of tables and charts in the practical part. Influence of respiratory handling was confirmed with respiratory rate and SpO2.en
