| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám zdravotnickou dokumentací obecně. Jejím obsahem, vedením a tím, jak se s ní má správně nakládat. Dále se krátce zmiňuji o fotodokumentaci a o elektronické dokumentaci. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelskému procesu a ošetřovatelské dokumentaci. V praktické části práce prezentuji výzkum, který zjišťuje názor všeobecných sester na dokumentaci. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jestli všeobecné sestry vědí, jak správně dokumentaci vést a jak k ní přistupovat. | cs |

The theoretical part deals with the medical documentation in general, its content, management and its right maintenance. Then, the electronic and photo documentations are briefly mentioned. The aim of this research is to learn the general nurses' opinion of the documentation.
