dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat povědomí sester v oblasti hygienické péče o dutinu ústní, které pečují o pacienty se zajištěnými dýchacími cestami na intenzivních pracovištích. V teoretické části jsou popsány způsoby zajištění dýchacích cest, lehce nastíněná problematika umělé plicní ventilace a její komplikace, tj. ventilátorová pneumonie, dále péče o dýchací cesty a základní deklarované postupy v provádění specifické hygieny dutiny ústní u pacientů s invazivním zajištěním dýchacích cest. V praktické části je analýza a interpretace výsledků dotazníkového šetření zaměřené na znalosti a zvyklosti sester a také na specifické pomůcky usnadňující péči o dutinu ústní u pacientů se zajištěnými dýchacími cestami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to map the awareness of nurses in the field of hygiene of oral cavity, who are taking care of patients with secured respiratory tract at intensive workplaces. The theoretical part describes the ways of securing the respiratory tract, slightly outlines the problematic of artificial pulmonary ventilation and its complications, i.e. ventilator-associated pneumonia, the theoretical part also talks about respiratory tract care and basic declared methods of performing hygienic care of the oral cavity of patients with invasive respiratory tract securing. The practical part includes the analysis and interpretation of questionnaire survey focused on nurses´ knowledge and habits of nurses and also specific tools which are helping the patients with secured respiratory tract to care for their oral cavity.en
