dc.description.abstractExistuje několik modelů vztahu mezi církvemi, náboženskými společnostmi (dále CNS) a státem. Ve své diplomové práci jsem se věnoval tomu, jak se tento vztah odrážel ve financování CNS a jak se vyvíjel od 9. století do současnosti na území ČR. Zaměřil jsem se na konfesněprávní úpravu a zmínil i kanonickou. Popsal jsem platnou i připravovanou legislativu v ČR a dotkl se restitucí církevního majetku. Zabýval jsem se také úpravou systémů, které k financování CNS používají v jiných státech Evropy a v USA. Nakonec jsem se zamyslel nad možnou právní úpravou z hlediska de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThere are several models of the relationship between churches, religious societies (followed only as CRS) and state. I have devoted to the evolution of the relation between state and CRS from the 9th century to the present in our country in my diploma thesis. I have focused on the religious-legal regulations and also mentioned some canonic law. I have mentioned the tax allowances at the end of this part of diploma thesis. Other systems of funding of the churches and the religious societies in Europe and in United States of America are described enclosure. I have suggested and described the tax assignation as an improvement of the funding of Churches in the Czech Republic in the end.en
