dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Význam sentinelové uzliny a její zobrazení se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii, fyziologii a patofyziologii lymfatického systému. Dále se zabývám významem sentinelové uzliny a možnostmi jejího zobrazení. V praktické části uvádím v pěti kazuistikách vyšetření sentinelové uzliny u pacientek s karcinomem prsu a snažím se porovnat postup, výsledky a přínos metody v těchto případech.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis describes The importance of the sentinel node and its displays. It si composed of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there is described the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the lymphatic system. There is also shown the importance of the sentinel node and the options of its displays. In the practical part I state the examination of the sentinel node in five case reports of patients with breast cancer. I also try to compare the procedure, the results and benefits of the method in these cases.	en
