| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o služebnosti stezky, průhonu a cesty od dob římského práva až do současnosti. Práce vymezuje obecně pojem služebnosti, jejich vznik a zánik. V dalších kapitolách je popsán vývoj služebnosti stezky, průhonu a cesty, dále jejich uplatnění v praxi a krátce je definována pozemní a účelová komunikace. Poslední část práce pojednává o nezbytné cestě, kterou lze též zřídit jako služebnost. | cs |
