dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou specifik ošetřovatelské péče o obézního pacienta v intenzivní péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na přiblížení tématu obezity a ošetřovatelské péče o obézního pacienta v intenzivní péči. Praktická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu provedeném formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty ze skupiny ošetřujícího personálu i ze skupiny obézních osob, které byly hospitalizované na oddělení intenzivní péče. Výzkum byl proveden s cílem prozkoumat specifika péče o obézního pacienta v intenzivní péči subjektivně vnímané ošetřujícím personálem a obézním pacientem. Součástí práce je analýza a interpretace výsledků výzkumu, přehled nalezených aspektů této problematiky, doporučení pro klinickou praxi a doporučení k dalším výzkumným šetřením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care for the obese patient in intensive care. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at introducing the topic of obesity and nursing care of the obese patient in intensive care. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with respondents from the group of nursing staff and from the group of obese people who were hospitalized in the intensive care unit. The research was conducted to explore the specifics of the care of the obese patient in intensive care as subjectively perceived by the nursing staff and the obese patient. The thesis includes an analysis and interpretation of the research results, a review of the aspects of this issue found, recommendations for clinical practice and recommendations for further research investigations.en
