dc.description.abstractTeoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - v první jsou shrnuty podklady o hlubokém stabilizačním systému a možnostech jeho testování; v druhé je představena metodika Akrální koaktivační terapie (ACT), její historie, principy, pravidla a cvičení. Praktická část práce je věnována vlivu metodiky Akrální koaktivační terapie na hluboký stabilizační systém. Jsou vybráni čtyři pravidelně sportující dobrovolníci, u kterých je jako terapie aplikována metodika ACT o délce šesti týdnů. U dobrovolníků je proveden před terapií a po ní celkový kineziologický rozbor a vybrané testy na testování kvality hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Z výsledků úvodního a závěrečného vyšetření jsou stanoveny závěry. Aktivita hlubokých břišních svalů je testována průběžně pomocí tonometru (stabilizéru). Při jednotlivých vyšetřeních a testování je pořizována fotodokumentace. Zjištěné výsledky potvrzují, že je možné hluboký stabilizační systém ovlivnit metodou ACT. U jednotlivých kazuistik jsou podrobně rozebrány a porovnány testy a testované polohy na začátku a na konci terapie. Dále dva z dobrovolníků udávají v anamnéze občasné vertebrogenní bolesti. Po terapii u jednoho plně odezní a u druhého se výrazně zmírní. V závěrečné diskusi jsou rozebrány jednotlivé hypotézy a porovnána praxe s teorií.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part is divided into two parts - the first one summarizes information about the deep stabilization system and options about how its testing; the second one presents the methodology of Acral coactivation therapy (ACT), its history, principles, rules and exercises. The practical part is devoted to the influence of the methodology of Acral coactivation therapy for deep stabilization system. There are four regular sporting volunteers selected, in whom is applied ACT methodology for six weeks such as a therapy. There was a total kinesiology analysis and selected tests for testing the quality of the deep stabilization system done before and after therapy of the volunteers. From the results of the opening and final examinations are determined conclusions. Activity of deep abdominal muscles are tested continuously using the tonometer (stabilizer). During each examination and testing is aqquired photo documentation. All the results confirm, that it is possible to affect the deep stabilization system by methodology ACT. In each case reports are analyzed and compared in detail all of the tests and tested positions at the beginning and the end of the therapy. Furthermore, two of the volunteers indicate an ocassional vertebrogenic pain in anamnesis. After the therapy, one of the volunteer registered fully subside of his pain and the other one registered distinctivel alleviation. All of the hypotheses are discussed and compared with praxis and theory in the final discussion.en
