dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je implementace systému řízení dokumentace do zkušební laboratoře. Tato práce popisuje funkce, možnosti a architekturu systémů řízení dokumentů. Dále pojednává o základních pojmech a principech z oblasti akreditace, zejména pak o problematice akreditace zkušebních laboratoří. V další části práce jsou analyzovány dokumenty a záznamy zkušební laboratoře, jejich rozdělení a označování. Součástí práce je popis možností a funkcí systému řízení dokumentace Windows SharePoint Services. V poslední části této práce je uvedeno konkrétní nastavení systému řízení dokumentů ve zkušební laboratoři.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDocument Management System Implementation in Testing Laboratory. The aim of this Diploma thesis is the implementation of a document management system into the testing laboratory. This thesis describes the functionality, possibilities, and architecture of document management systems. Furthermore it discusses the basic terms and principles in the field of accreditation ? especially the accreditation of the testing laboratories. In the next part of the thesis, documents and testing laboratory?s records are being analyzed together with their division and marks. The thesis includes the description of possibilities and functionality of document management system ? Windows SharePoint Services. In the last part of the thesis, there is introduced the specific setting of the document management system in the testing laboratory.en
