dc.description.abstractAutor bakalářská práce se zabývá postupným utvářením a vývojem americké demokracie, která je sledována především na základě tří stěžejních dokumentů: Deklarace nezávislosti, díky níž Spojené státy deklarovaly svoji nezávislost na Velké Británii a nastoupily tak cestu sebeurčení, Konfederační články, které představovaly prvotní ústavu Spojených států hlavně během válečného období a pak samotnou Ústavu Spojených států amerických, která se stala vrcholem americké revoluce. V práci se autor snaží popsat způsob jakým byla tvořena americká demokracie, jak vznikly demokratické instituce a forma vlády. Časové rozmezí, kterým se práce zabývá, by se dalo datovat od vyhlášení nezávislosti v roce 1775 až do zvolení prvního prezidenta republiky George Washingtona v lednu 1789.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe author of the Bachelor Thesis deals with the gradual formation and development of American democracy, which is mainly based on three core documents: the Declaration of Independence, which has allowed the United States to declare its independence from the United Kingdom and have embarked on the way of self-determination, Confederate articles that constituted the United States' especially during the war, and then by the United States Institute itself, which has become the pinnacle of the American Revolution. In the paper, the author tries to describe the way in which American democracy was formed, as did democratic institutions and the form of government. The time span of the work is dated from the declaration of independence in 1775 until the election of the first president of the Republic George Washington in January 1789.en
