dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou metod. A to porovnáním aktivačního testu bazofilů z průtokové cytometrie s novou nezavedenou metodou 2DEP cytometrie. Úkolem práce je zjistit, zda by 2DEP cytometrie v budoucnu mohla být alternativou průtokové cytometrie.cs

This is done by comparing the basophil activation test from flow cytometry with new non-itroduced method of 2DEP cytometry.
