| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce pojednává o tom, kolik jídla lidé v domácnosti vyhazují a proč se tak děje. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem lidé zacházejí s potravinami od jejich zakoupení až po konzumaci nebo v opačném případě vyhození. Zajímala mne i důvody a interpretace zmíněného jednání, tedy jakási racionalita respondentů. Zjišťován byl také způsob, jakým lidé rozhodnou, že potravinu již vyhodí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with throwing away food within households. The aim of this work is to find out the way how people treat food, from the point of buying it until consuming it, or on the other hand throwing it away into garbage bin. I seek the reasons why food ends rotten in garbage and how do actors interpret and rationalize this particular behaviour. I also wanted to find out what are the ways people qualify the state of the food, whether the best before is important to them or they rather rely on their own senses. I focused on young people who recently moved out from their parents´ house, since their experiences with food are new and they probably perceive the process of buying, cooking and also throwing away food more intensively. To find out answers for my questions I carried out semi-structured interviews and then made a qualitative analysis and subsequent interpretation. | en |
