dc.description.abstractPředmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je popis ošetřovatelské péče o pacientku s nádorovým onemocněním plic, které bylo řešeno operačně.Pooperační ošetřovatelská péče byla prováděna na standardním oddělení hrudní chirurgie chirurgické kliniky ve FN Plzeň. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické.Úvodem teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení nádorů plic,diagnostika, léčba a rizikové faktory vzniku nádorového onemocnění.Popsána je hrudní drenáž,léčba bolesti,fyzioterapie.V závěru teoretické části se pak věnuji psychologickému přístupu k onkologicky nemocným a nepostradatelné edukaci.V praktické části popisuji ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky po torakotomii, která byla provedena pro nádorové onemocnění plic.K posouzení pacienta jsem zvolila model M.Gordonové. Věnuji se anamnestickým údajům, průběhu hospitalizace, sestavení ošetřovatelského a edukačního plánu. Součástí práce je pak edukační leták.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject and goal of this bachelor work is description of nursing care of a surgically solved lung cancer. Post- operative nursing care took place on the standard pectoral surgery department of the surgery clinic at FN PLlzeň. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the introduction of the theoretical part,the tubercular lungs division, diagnostics,treatment and risk factors of cancer formation, are described.Further, I describe pectoral drain, pain treatment and physiotherapy.The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the psychological attitude to oncology patients and indispensable education.In the practical part I describe a nursing process of a patient after thoracotomy, which was done because of lung cancer.I used the M.Gordon model to analyse the patient. I follow the anamnastic data,hospitalization process, building the nursing and educational plan. Part of the work is an educational leaflet.en
