Věnovala se otázce legitimity vlády na začátku boje za nezávislost, politickým sporům mezi otci zakladateli, zejména ohledně podoby vznikající federální vlády. Bylo rozebráno též filozofické pozadí této těchto snah. Práce též věnovala pozornost odkazu těchto.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work has dealt with the topic of the American revolution and its philosophy. Throughout its course, at the beginning of the Independence War, during the Constitutional Convent and the ratification debate, there have been certain debates and arguments uncovered, regarding the nature of the ideal american government, its purpose and the legitimacy of a democratic government. The paper concludes with a brief reflection of the legacy the founding fathers have impressed upon the modern times.en
