| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou klimatoterapie jako léčebné metody, která slouží k prevenci chorob, vede k udržení a podpoře zdraví, obnovení ztracených funkcí a schopností v důsledku onemocnění. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje balneologii, druhá kapitola klimatoterapii, jako součást léčebné metody u pacientů trpícími respiračními chorobami. Třetí kapitola se věnuje anatomii dýchacího systému, respiračním onemocněním astma bronchiale a chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, pomocí kazuistik a rozhovorů. Výzkum probíhal čtyři týdny u tří vybraných respondentů v lázních Karlova Studánka. Výsledky výzkumu jsou graficky zpracovány, porovnávají vstupní a výstupní hodnoty spirometrického vyšetření a rozvíjení hrudníku v určitých částech, při nádechu a výdechu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of climatotherapy. Climatotherapy is utilised for disease prevention, maintaining and supporting health, and for restoring functions and abilities lost due to a disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals primarily with balneology, the second chapter focuses on climatotherapy as part of treatment for patients suffering from respiratory diseases. The third chapter deals with the anatomy of the respiratory system and with respiratory diseases like asthma bronchiole or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The practical part has been completed using the qualitative research approach, utilising the casuistry method as well as interviews. The research took four weeks and involved three selected respondents in the spa of Karlova Studánka. The results of my research have been processed graphically, they compare input and output values of a spirometry test and also the expansion of the chest in specific areas during inhalation and exhalation. | en |
