| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zaměřuje na ergonomickou racionalizaci vybraných montážních pracovišť ve společnosti zabývající se výrobou automobilových sedaček. Cílem bylo identifikovat a odstranit ergonomická rizika již v předsériové fázi, a tím přispět ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek a snížení fyzické zátěže pracovníků. Na základě digitálních simulací byly analyzovány pracovní polohy a celková ergonomie pracovišť. Výsledky analýz vedly k návrhům konkrétních ergonomických opatření, přičemž jejich přínos byl potvrzen snížením zátěže v klíčových oblastech. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on the ergonomic rationalization of selected assembly workstations in a company specializing in the production of car seats. The aim was to identify and eliminate ergonomic risks already in the pre-series phase, thereby contributing to improved working conditions and reduced physical strain on workers. Based on digital simulations, working postures and overall workplace ergonomics were analyzed. The results of the analyses led to proposals for specific ergonomic measures, with their benefits confirmed by a reduction in strain in key areas. | en |
