Vysokorychlostní laserové svařování s indukčním předehřevem

Abstract

Svařování laserem může být výhodně uplatněno v automatizovaných procesech, a to i při dosažení vysokých svařovacích rychlostí v řádu desítek metrů za minutu. Příspěvek se věnuje možnostem kombinace vysokorychlostního svařování laserovým paprskem s indukčním předehřevem. V rámci projektu výroby podélně svařovaných trubek z oceli 1.4509 se část experimentů věnuje možnostem kombinace laseru s indukčním předehřevem. Cílem experimentu bylo zjistit, zda při použití indukčního předehřevu dojde k „ušetření“ výkonu laseru a jak se předehřev projeví na geometrii svaru a jeho vlastnostech.

Laser welding can be advantageously applied in automated processes, even when high welding speeds in the order of tens of meters per minute are achieved. The contribution is devoted to the possibilities of combining high-speed laser beam welding with induction preheating. As part of the project for the production of longitudinally welded pipes from steel 1.4509, part of the experiments is dedicated to the possibilities of combining a laser with induction preheating. The aim of the experiment was to find out whether the use of induction preheating will result in "savings" of laser power and how preheating affects the geometry of the weld and its properties.
