dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na děti s kombinovanými vadami využívající k léčbě hiporehabilitaci. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda má hiporehabilitace účinky u dětí s kombinovanými vadami. Práce je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na historii, členění hiporehabilitace, terminologii a průběh hipoterapie. Dále je práce zaměřená na tým hipoterapie, na indikace a kontraindikace a na stručný popis výběru a výcviku koně pro hiporehabilitaci. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na děti s neurologickými problémy, zvláště s DMO, které využívají hipoterapii. Sledovala jsem zda a jak hipoterapie ovlivňovala děti po stránce tělesné a psychické. V praktické části jsou uvedeny hypotézy, cíl práce a popsaný průběh mého výzkumu. Zvolila a vypracovala jsem 4 kazuistiky, které mi pomohly při potvrzování mých hypotéz. Pro kvalitnější výzkum jsem také zhotovila a rozdala 54 dotazníků, kde odpovídaly na otázky rodiče pacientů. Dále jsem byla v Chebu v hiporehabilitačním sdružení Vraník, kde jsem vypracovala další 3 objektivní a stručné kazuistiky. V diskuzi a závěru jsou hodnoceny výsledky mého sledování. Dále přikládám fotky z hipoterapeutických jednotek a dotazník.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on children with cerebral palsy who used the hipporehabilition for their treat. The aim of this study is to find out wheter there are effects of the hipprehabilition on children with combined handicaps. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section, I focus on the history, a structure of the hipporehabilition, a course of the hippoterapy and terminology. The work also is oriented on a hippoterapy team, on indications and contraindications and a description of a choise and training of horses for hipporehabilation. In the practical part I focused on children with neurological problems, mainly with children?s cerebral palsy, who use hippoterapy. I watched wheter the hyppoterapy had an effect for children as in physical as in psychological aspects. In the practical part, there are mentioned hypothese, a objective of this work and described a cours of my study. I chose and work out 4 case study which helped me about confirmation my hypothesis. I drew up and distributed 54 questionnaires for better research, too. There parents of patiens answered a questions I also was in hipporehabilition association called Black horse in Cheb, where I worked up only 3 other objective and concise case reports. Results my observation are evaluted in a diskussion and a condission. I also enclose photos form hippoterapeution groups.	en
