dc.description.abstractSouhrn: Název bakalářské práce je Vývoj terapie skolióz. S tímto názvem se pojí i hlavní cíl, který přes dotazníkové šetření získává informace pro celkové objektivní zhodnocení vývoje a rehabilitační terapie u pacientů se skoliózou mezi 20. a 21. stoletím. Teoretická část cílí především na historii skolióz, její klasifikaci, diagnostiku, vyšetření, terapii a operaci. V praktické části byla zkontaktována rehabilitační zařízení, nemocnice a lázně. Otázky z prvního dotazníkového šetření směřují na vývoj a posun léčby skoliózy. Druhé dotazníkové šetření je určeno pro pacienty, kteří porovnávají rozdíly mezi aktuální a historickou léčbou. Výsledky informují, že včasná diagnostika a spolupráce s umělou inteligencí zlepšuje prognózu pacientů, přičemž fyzioterapie a korzety mohou často zabránit nutnosti operace. Neobjasnilo se, proč někteří odborníci nevyužívají při terapii moderní technologie. V závěru práce byl uveden význam prevence, včetně pohybových aktivit ve školách, a edukace rodičů. Bakalářská práce doporučuje mezinárodní srovnání terapeutických přístupů pro zlepšené praxe českých fyzioterapeutů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSummary: The title of the bachelor thesis is Development of scoliosis therapy. This name is also associated with the main goal, which through a questionnaire survey obtains information for an overall objective evaluation of the development and rehabilitation therapy in patients with scoliosis between the 20th and 21st centuries. The theoretical part focuses primarily on the history of scoliosis, its classification, diagnosis, examination, therapy and surgery. In the practical part, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and spas were contacted. The questions from questionnaire survey I. are aimed at the development and advancement of scoliosis treatment. The second questionnaire survey is intended for pacients who compare the differences betweeen current and historical treatment. The results indicate that early diagnosis and cooperation with artifical intelligence improves the prognosis of patients, while physiotherapy and corsets can often prevent the need for surgery. It is not clear why some experts do not use modern technology in therapy. At the end of the work, the importance of prevention was stated, including exercise activities in schools and parent education. The bachelor´s thesis recommends an international comparison of therapeutic approaches for the improved practice of Czech physiotherapists.en
