dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je rozbor trestné činnosti v zemích Koruny české, na základě dochovaných záznamů trestné činnosti, jinak známých jako knihy černé a smolné, v časovém údobí přibližně od poloviny 16. století, až do konec 17. století a následné statistické srovnání trestné činnosti ve vybraných regionech. V první části je stručně popsána společnost a fungování soudnictví. Druhá část je věnována analýze obsahu smolných a černých knih ve sledovaném území, zejména jaké činy byly do knih zaznamenány a jaké tresty za ně byly uděleny. V poslední části jsou porovnány statistické údaje z vybramých oblastí. Závěrem je, zda byla trestná činnost v různých regionech zastoupena obdobně, či některá trestná činnost převažovala a zda bylo trestní právo aplikováno ve všech vybraných oblastech stejnou měrou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is the analysis of a criminal activity in the Lands of the Bohemian Crown, based on preserved records, in the time period from the mid 16th century to the end of the 17th century and a subsequent statistical comparison of the criminal activity in selected regions. The first part briefly describes the society and the functioning of the judiciary. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the content of criminal records in the monitored area, especially what crimes were recorded in the books and what penalties were given for them. The last part compares statistical data from selected areas. The conclusion is whether the criminal activity in the different regions was represented similarly, whether some of the criminal activity prevailed and whether the criminal law was applied equally in all selected areas.en
