dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice sociálního vyloučení. Autor začíná popisem historickoprávního a teoretického základu, v rámci kterého se zabývá vývojem systému sociálního zabezpečení na našem území, historií přístupů k fenoménu sociální exkluze a analýzou základních právních předpisů upravujících postavení sociálně vyloučených osob. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na jednotlivé sociální události v jejichž důsledku se může osoba stát sociálně vyloučenou, přičemž autor prokládá teoretický popis praktickými příklady. V navazující třetí kapitole autor analyzuje strategické dokumenty jednotlivých veřejných politik a dochází k závěru, že naprostá většina z nich se v nějaké formě potýká s problematikou sociálního vyloučení. Poslední dvě kapitoly autor věnuje analýze situace inkluzivního školství a exekucí v Plzeňském kraji a možnému způsobu řešení nedostatků v těchto oblastech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the issue of social exclusion. The author begins with the description of the historical, legal and theoretical basis in which he tackles the development of the social security system in the Czech republic, the history of approaches towards the issue of social exclusion and the analysis of the fundamental laws regulating the position of socially excluded people. The next chapter is focused on individual social incidents as a result of which one can become socially excluded, the author interlaces the theory with practical examples. In the following third chapter the author analyzes the strategic document of the individual public policies and comes to a conclusion that almost all of public policies are taking the issue of social exclusion into consideration. The final two chapeters are focused on the analysis of the current state of the inclusive education and distraints in the Pilsen region and the possible solution of the shortcomings in these areas.en
